Do i have to uninstall deluxe 2024 before installing Premium 2025?

no that should you not need to but sometimes you need to ca 70% of the times it is ok but

When you enter the new product key, it should activate all the Premium features for you. You will need to restart your computer to have your 360 updated. Restart, not shutdown and startup again.
