Can I get a free upgrade from Utilities 15 to Utilities 16 for Windows 10. I have a current subscription for Norton Internet Security. I found to my cost that Utilities 15 is not compatible with Win 10: when running a scan and repairing it was causing the loss of the Task Menu, Edge and Cortana. Win 10 will eventually repair the Task Menu but not Edge or Cortana. I have not been able to recover these. Does anyone know how to make a recovery?
