Logged on to give my son more time and message came up saying I need to upgrade. Downloaded upgrade and went through all the steps. Seemed to work fine but there are two issues: 1. Asked me to “name” my computer. Tried “X’s Desktop” but it said I already have a computer by that name. I know that. I thought I was just “upgrading”. Finally just renamed it “X’s desktop 2”. Why did it do this? 2. I still can’t get on to the time area under settings. Everytime I go there, it says I have to download the upgrade (which I’ve already done). Do I have to put the upgrade on all three computers before I can use it at all? 3. (oops, one more). My husband forgot the administrator password on my son’s computer. It has Vista, the other 2 computers have XP. What should we do about Norton on that computer (we’re trying to figure out how to solve the password problem but haven’t figured it out yet.) thanks, Shelley
