Upgrade to 360 with Lifelock Ultimate

I currently have 360 Standard running on one computer and Norton Internet Security running on another.  I would like to upgrade to 360 with Lifelock Ultimate Plus on both computers.  How do I go about doing this?  Will I get a refund for the unused time left on the two current subscriptions?
