Upgrade to ver 21 – What a pleasure!

Last week I noticed that my ISP had released NIS Online 2014 with my language. It is always exciting to install such a heavy (and important) system. The process was automated and worked smooth in a perfect way. The old version was removed, the new version kept all my old settings. It is really a pleasure when an installation runs without any problem of any kind. Thank you, Symantec.

Happy computing to all forum members.

So John, tell us what you think about the new ID Safe?  I'm sure you have read some of the thoughts about it in opther threads.  :smileywink:

BTW, I'm glad your ISP finally "released it".  I too was thrilled when Comcast (my ISP) finally released v 21 for Norton Security Suite, but of course I was not shocked by the ID Saef as I had already been on the retail NIS and suffered my teething pains on it!

Yes, I have observed some posts about ID Safe, but not read them because I did not have ver 21. I have just had a very short view at the new ID safe (still local vault in the Online version), I think it looked very nice!

But I do not use ID Safe regularly, I use another app (Sticky Password) which gives me much more than the Norton app.

I shall later on read the posts you mention, yank, and eventually comment the issue. The only bad behavior I have seen so far, is that to toolbar line hides the first line on some websites. But only in Chrome, not Firefox, so I do not know whom to blame.
