Windows Vista 64 bit Computer here. Had no problems with NIS 2010 or NIS2010 identity safe option. Didnt backup my identity safe files but didnt think I had to. I upgraded from NIS 2010 to NIS 2011 retail version. Now, when I try to log into my identity safe account with my password using NIS 2011, it tells me my password is incorrect even though my hint that they show is still the hint to my correct password. How can I get this corrected? Just did the upgrade last night.
I keep hearing people say upgrade to NIS 18.5 but I ran live update and it doesnt give me that option. I really need to be able to access my information in identity safe to access my website usernames and passwords.
Please help.
