I was automatically upgraded to Firefox 6.0.2 (early September 2011), once that was done when I loaded Firefox it would show/load the home page but wouldn't connect to any other websites. I've tried a few of the suggestions, like going to settings, firewall, applications firefox set to auto. When I disable the Norton Security Suite firewall everything works fine. I reloaded/reinstalled firefox, it ran for one day and now it won't connect again. If I have to reload Norton, I'll just go to chrome or ie.
