Help!!!
Recently moved to Norton Internet Security 2012 after running NIS 2010 for 2 consecutive years with no issues. Following NIS 2012 Installation I find that I cannot access internet. Using Internet explorer 9. Tried changing to Google chrome and Firefox to no avail. Windows security shows that windows firewall is disabled and Norton firewall in place. Tried removing NIS 2012 ten times + to no avai.
Control panel shows network connection to be healthy.
Live update does not work.
Norton Control Panel not accessible to change firewall settings to allow browser.
Norton Remove & Reinstall tool does not work as it can't retreive product registration info.
Norton auto fix scans to find 'Error 8506, 422'
Anybody any ideas?
Greatly appreciated.
No other anti-virus / security software installed.
