Upgraded to Windows 10, Norton AntiVirus disappeared (expired same day), renewed, still no AntiVirus

I had installed Norton AntiVirus using a Redemption Coupon I received from the retail store I bought my HP Pavilion 15 Notebook at. The subscription was for 1 year.

Yesterday I upgraded my laptop to Windows 10 and discovered mid-way through the process that my subscription had expired (there was no notification to warn me about it). After the upgradation, the icon for the AntiVirus disappeared, although there were folder for Norton Installer and Norton Identity Safe in the Program Files and Norton Antivirus folder in the Windows.old folder (all in C:).

Hoping that the software would work again after renewal, I purchased a renewal. The first one got cancelled (the Norton website said there was some error), although the purchase was charged (I did not receive any email stating that it would be refunded). Tried a second time, renewal was purchased successfully, yet I still don't have the AntiVirus.

Then I tried downloading the software, but it said "No licences". I need help getting the software up and running again or I will need refunds of both instances of purchase (the first one should have been automatically refunded).
