Upgraded to windows 8.1 and ever since, when running Norton 360, I get an error 3038,104

the automatic 'fix' report says that Symatic is working on the problem in the meantime just make modifications to the windows quick start menu and you will be fine.  Is this the only option?  Thanks and CHEERS!!
