My desktop computer is currently running Windows Vista and NIS 2009. I didn't get around to upgrading to NIS 2010, and today when I visited the Norton Update Center it found NIS 2011 as the product update for my machine. After doing some searching (previously and again today), I found a lot of references that say to go ahead and install NIS 2010 over NIS 2009 (without having to uninstall 2009), and ones that say to install NIS 2011 over NIS 2010. However, I can't really find much about going from 2009 to 2011. I'd really rather not do an uninstall if I don't have to. Can anyone clarify this? Thanks.
