Looks like I will have to do this since next year Microsoft will no longer support XP2 with security updates.
I had read that one should completely uninstall NIS 2009 or NIS 2010 before any attempt to apply the ugrade to Windows XP SP3, and then reinstall NIS afterwards.
Is there any truth to this?
