Hello;
I have Norton Utilities v 14.5.0.120 installed on my system but see that there is a new version of Norton Utilities available in stores (version 15). Can I upgrade my existing Utilities to version 15 for free? A Norton chat guy game me a link (http://www.norton.com/nu15) and I downloaded a file (15.0.0.122RC5_NUesd_MUI.exe) which he told me I can just double click without uninstalling my previous version of Utilities.
My questions:
a) Is it advisable to install v15 dire3ctly over v 14 without uninstalling Utilities first? If not, what steps should I follow?
b) Will I have to activate v15 once installed? If so, would I use the product key from my v14 product?
