Currently running NIS 2009 on both my computers. Purchased "official" Norton installation key (2 years, 1-3 PCs) for NIS 2010 from a third party that is to be used via "express renewal" to extend my service. However, I'm not sure how or where to use the key. When I click the Software Upgrades and Renewal page on the Norton Web site, it appears that my choices are limited to (a) purchasing an Express Software Upgrade from Norton, or (b) purchasing a subscription renewal from Norton--neither of which do I want since I've already purchased the NIS 2010 key. Also noted that I could download the 30 day free trial software but I don't know if there is an opportunity to enter my installation key at some point in the process.
Does anyone know where/how I can download the NIS 2010 software and where/how I enter the installation key I purchased? Also, should I uninstall NIS 2009 before installing NIS 2010?
