Uploaded atuhentication file and still unable to verify ownership

Hello All,

 

I am trying to verify a website and the website URL is www.keepingmeposted.com. i got a authentication file and the URL is as follows

 

https://www.keepingmeposted.com/nortonsw_0bd95470-b48f-0.html

 

Even after uploading authentication file to the root path, i am not able to verify the ownership. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!
