Uprgrade and Norton Backup

When I upgrade Norton 360, as opposed to renewing, is my existing Norton Backup files continued, or do I have to start from scratch.

Hi Kblechman,

 

It should fine and you no need to do it from scratch untill you have a valid subscription to Online backup.

If you still have any doubts you can try to restore some files or upload some files.
