Last night I decided to back up my Ghost 15 backup files for my D drive onto my new 2TB "My Book" external drive. There were two files representing the most recent backups plus the smaller file that is always there. They were big files, so I left them copying before going to sleep.
This morning I checked it and there's an error message saying something about couldn't find the file. Via Windows Explorer, I went to the external "My Passport" drive where Ghost automatically writes the backups each week. It was completely empty. No files no folders. I immediately opened Ghost and launched a backup of the C drive. It failed, saying it couldn't create the path/file.
I thought maybe this was a Windows glitch and the files were on the My Passport drive, especially since the space used/space available info visible in My Computer shows something big occupying the My Passport. So I logged off and back on. Still blank.
Can someone please suggest a remedy?
