I received a phone call from Microsoft stating multiple error/risk/warning messages were pinging from my laptop to the tech support center. The gentleman proceeded to show me multiple areas indicating security risks. He requested I allow him to remote in and correct the issue. I allowed him to do so. I had a Trojan virus before and it went undetected through Norton so I figured the call was legit. Also, the gentleman showed me several areas (I now know were fake) indicating my computer was infected. I obtained the following information from the gentleman re: Urgent Tech Help
