I upgraded from NIS11 to 12 yesterday and I cannot access my USB HDDs any more. Both machines are affected the same, 1 running W7 home premium, the other starter edition . W7 reports that the device(s) is working correctly but I cannot see the drive in any application or via a command prompt.
