Used Power Eraser, Now computer won't boot

I ran Power Eraser and it would no longer boot.

 

I cannot get the computer to boot into safe mode or normal mode. System Restore does not repair the problem.  I've also tried Last Known Good Configuration.

 

Quads, can you help, please?
