I recently installed Norton Utilities 16. Since then I notice that some usefull data is regularly removed. I assume this is done via the "Privacy" setting in NU (cookies?). E.g.
- bank account no. for easy logging in to my PC banking application
- Email address foe starting Google mail
- etc.
Is there a way to exclude the removal of some data?

Hey DirkVan,
I believe this information is located in Privacy scan settings. If you go to Privacy > Browsers and check each browser, there should be a section to remove passwords or cached information from a scan. It usually does this to ensure that your data is kept private were it to fall prey to someone who used your computer unknowingly.
If you need further explanation please let me know.
