I need help using the copy drive option on Norton 14.0. I’m trying to copy my laptop hard drive to and external drive connected to my USB port. The program indicates the process is complete and when I view the copy on the external drive every thing looks to be OK. The problem IM having is when I try to go the other way from the usb drive back to the new hard drive I install the new drive into my laptop and boot off the norton installation CD the copy drive option is not available. Can anyone offer any help I would like to clone this drive and avoid loading the OS and all my applications The drives are similar in size and I have more than enough room to accommodate the data the only reason i need to do this is because my current drive is starting to fail.
