Using Norton 360 Spam Reporting causes Outlook to Crash

My first post. I am running Vista, Outlook 2003 and Norton 360 V 4.3.0.5. Certain eamils that go to the junk folder cause Outlook to crash when I attempt to report them to Norton via the Spam reporting function. Outlook will shut down and then restart the first time I try the Spam reporting, and then fully crash the scond attempt. I right clicked on the offending email, selected Options and got the "email properties". The result follows. I really like Norton 360 and have used for many years. Someone is doing you a nasty, go get 'em.  Thanks, Tony

Sorry, unfamiliarity with the search function meant I missed the process of shutting off and then restarting clien integration. I only get these offending emails occaisionally so I will see what happens and then report back. I did have an incident a couple of weeks ago where the Norton toolbar disappeared but a call to Norton got me a representative and he fixed it remotely. That was pretty cool watching my cursor move at his command. Hope this works, Tony
