My hard drive crashed, but thankfully I had subscribed to the 25gb backup product. Well low and behold. now that my computer is fixed and I've reinstalled Backup and Norton Internet Security 2011, I can't figure out HOW to restore all of my files. I've found the instructions for Norton 360, but not internet security. And when I sign into my account and click "restore files" NOTHING happens. Help me.
