Computer crashed. Rebuilding from formatted hard drive. Have new email/password. Have Norton Premium activation key with about 250 days left. NEED TO ACTIVATE both Norton Security and Norton Utilities. Cannot get any Norton page that will allow me to use days I have left. What do I do next? You must reply to new email:

Please contact customer support since you want to change both email address and password. Once you are able to get into your Norton Account, then you will be able to reinstall your Norton products. You can then click on Help synch with Norton Servers. Your keys should be in your Norton Account.
