Just been automatically reminded that my NIS expires in 22 days. If I log into my account via the MANAGE option shown on the main NIS screen I’m eventually directed to a screen which offers my a renewal price of £44.99. Bit pricey?? If I log directly into MY ACCOUNT and choose to RENEW my products I’m offered a renewal price of £XX.XX for 1 year or £XX.XX for 2 years which includes “customer discount”. Interesting prices !! If I navigate directly to the website Norton.symantc.com I’m offered a renewal price of £24.99 for the 3 year download version. This web site also invites me to “log in” and I can do so using my Norton Account credentials. That’s a better price !! But hang on, if I go to Amazon I can get a disk based version for £23.28 including delivery. That’s sounds more like it! Another annual renewal, and another repeat of the usual Norton renewal omni-shambles. Sigh.
