Frustrating! . I recently bought a new Toughbook, CF30, and installed both Internet Security and Utilities after removing the AV that came on the machine.
Into the first week I decided to run the registry cleaner from Utils.14
Immediately after- I began getting Dll errors at computer start up, opening the control panel, and I cannot start
Utils from the desktop, Start Menu, Etc. again.
The start up error is: <C_PsdRsDll> not Found
control Panel Error is <C_ SpURsDLL> not found
I hAVE 2 others that I've not written down, I get 3 .Dll errors after start up..
the machine does have the TPM feature...and I see theres been some issues with other machines
(HPs) and those...but dont know if thats whats up here...
I also see that afer opening NU its often just auto run in background, however I can find the taskbar icons to view.
Is there anyone out there that knows how I can do the following?
How do we lay people know what to input as "ignore"? To protect NU form removing windows elements which will then create runtime errors?
U/D: Following online HELP,
I found the ability to restore the registry changes made. How does this app know what to remove and what not?
Thanks.
