I have NU 14 installed on a laptop with the WIn 7 OS. I also have among many applications an application for reading scanned information from my OBD!! automobiles. The scanning software is from Actron. When I start NU, the screen informs me that it is configuring the Actron Scanning Suite. I cancel this screen and it repeats 2 more times before NU finally starts up and seems to operate properly. Any thoughts about how to resolve this inexplicable activity?
