Hi everyone sorry if this is elsewhere on the forum,
I installed NIS 2011 from a Fry's bundle which works and activated fine, however Utilities 15 installed, updated, and I proceeded to use it, defrag, registry clean up, etc. I did not notice, however, the product was not activated and I only have 30 days left (of course I notice this AFTER I cut up the boxes for the UPC and Proof of Purchase to send in for my rebate so I can't return them GRR 
). I was in contact with a technician who was polite and tried several different ways to fix it from reinstalling to resetting internet settings, everything, but to no avail. Does anyone have other suggestions?
