A few days ago I installed Utilities 15 on my Windows 7 PC. After I did the updates and ran the program I discovered that restarting my machine took some 20 minutes each time. Programs became slower and slower and to my horror, everything was deleted on my main hard drive.
I have just reinstalled Windows and some of the programs to get me up and running again but this was certainly not what I bargained for from a trusted software company that I have been so loyal from for nearly 15 years.
Why did it ruined my files? Why did it do this? Should I even dare to reinstall this awful program again?
