Hi. Norton Security working great for a year - upgraded and installed Utilities 15. Logged as Administrator, my 'system health' is now High. Yay.
I normally use my computer, however, logged under another User Name. When I run the Utilities scan as that User, it says 'system health' is Low. It identifies thousands of files it wants to clean, but then says it can't because User does not have Admin privilege / program is running under another user, presumably Administrator.
I tried 'adding scan paths' leading to the other User, but the Admin scan still doesn't see those thousands of files that it wants to clean when logged as User.
Any ideas? Thanks.
