Utilities 16 - Speed Disk Engine

Hi

After optimization on Utilities 16 I try to defrag as a recommended action and get the following error message "Failed to initialize the Speed Disk Engine" and it does not defrag 

Has anyone had the same issue? Is there a fix that anyone knows or can suggest?
