Utilities Premium and Sonar

After Norton Utilities Premium updated, SONAR removed toolkit.exe and now Norton Utilities Premium won't work. Why is one Norton Product disabling another Norton product? Version 22.20.5.39, Windows 10.

Apologies in advance if I've completely misunderstood what's going on. Novice user.
