Utilities Ultimate Exipred Notice - But Product Is Active in My Norton Account Subscriptions

I’m getting a notification in my Norton Utilities Ultimate that my subsription has expired when I try to use one of the tools in the package but when I go into my Norton account under the My Subscriptions tab - it’s an active prodcut until next year.

What’s the story?

Also, why has Norton made it so difficult to get direct support from a real person in a Norton support centre??

If you have any supporting screenshots, please add them:

log in and out my subscription in settings that might fix the bug but if you is running the newst version that bug is fix but that might help try that

It doesn’t. I have same problem. As I posted elsewhere, I don’t think Norton updates all its databases and syncs, i.e. as someone else put it, the different programs don’t talk to each other including subscriptions of all Norton products.

I got it fix by uninstall other programs now all works agian
