I’m getting a notification in my Norton Utilities Ultimate that my subsription has expired when I try to use one of the tools in the package but when I go into my Norton account under the My Subscriptions tab - it’s an active prodcut until next year.
What’s the story?
Also, why has Norton made it so difficult to get direct support from a real person in a Norton support centre??

It doesn’t. I have same problem. As I posted elsewhere, I don’t think Norton updates all its databases and syncs, i.e. as someone else put it, the different programs don’t talk to each other including subscriptions of all Norton products.
