currently, Norton Security (up-to-date) did/does not block my attempt to visit the homepage of utorrent, nor its Download page.

Yet (Yes), NS removed my download of uTorrent without a notification.

Well, I do not mean to help starters ignore and visit blocked/ flagged websiteS, when it comes to the above OP only, and/or comes to uTorrent only, at the time of posting.
