Utterly confusing and useless popups with Norton 360

Every time I start my PC I get a load of Norton Popups, it's either VPN or Darkweb or now App updates and other stuff.   That would be all great IF Norton actually gave full and proper information on how to either configure these things or actually switch the darn things off.

VPN - Sounds great, we get a half baked set of info that is scattered across loads of pages so it become so confusing it's unitelligable.

Home Network Firewall Configuration - Lost count of how many times I have been through those supposed support pages trying to make it possible for me to see drives on other PCs on my home network.  Remove Norton and I can, with it forget it. The support info on trusted devices etc. is just hopeless.

App Updates - The latest flash sale enterprise that Norton seem to be running and driving me nuts with.   If I wanted it I woudl have looked for it and bought it.   As you don't supply anything like comprehensive information to actually configure and use the basics (other than Antivirus), its pretty much a wasted exercise.

Browser Cache Clearing - Why the heck does Norton still harp on about IE and then bark at me about Edge and not actually do an Edge cache tidy without forcing the application of Edge Browser extensions that aren't wanted?

Have I sought help before?  Yes - all you get is an AI divert you to into the void system or somebody who want to remote into my PC (no Thank you).   For crying out loud sort some decent documentation.  As my internet provider now provides systems to AV and Firewall and this is the rubbish I get when I pay for them .... and get no decent support ... I am at the point of why bother.  Get your act together Norton.

Its not patch notes we need it is decent documentation that describes in detail how to use the software and a support service to go with it.

Given that almost every bit of added software add further bloat and mess to the Windows registry never mind other hidden  stuff I want to know information before ever installing anything so as not to add garbage to the PC that doesn't get tidied up properly.

It seems Norton's idea of support is to through everything out to leave the blind leading the blind.

you can reed about them in patch note but next update you can remove it if you dont whant it
