Issue abstract:
Detailed description: Immediately after the update the VPN would not run, saying there was another VPN running. I did the chat support with the tech using remote desktop and he/she found 2 versions of Norton in appwiz.So apparently the update installed as a new version. After removing one, the VPN would work but I still could not play a couple of games (Windows Apps) with the VPN on. I got frustrated after 45 mins and disconnected with support. Today there was no new fixes in LiveUpdate so I removed Norton totally and installed the offline version of 360 22.23.10.10.
So far things are working like normal but I haven’t let update run and it hasn’t forced an update.
Maybe something in here will help smart people figure something out or fix whatever issues they are having.
