Something changed with my NIS12 Identity Safe. In the past, when I wanted to log in it would say "Log in to Identity Safe" when I clicked on the open lock icon. Today it started saying "Validate Identity Safe Password" when I click on the open lock icon. It doesn't happen every time, but when it does happen there is no option to sync Identity Safe with other computers.
Is this normal? Why did it just start doing this? I've had NIS12 since it came out.
