I have tried to use the Norton 360 interface to for assistance on several problems I am having but cannot start a chat session, or any other interface to do this in…

I have received an email saying the I have linked my Norton account with Google. If I did this, it was a mistake. I am trying to cancel this using my account settings page “Linked accounts” but when I click on “Unlink”, nothing happens.

Generally, I cannot open a “Chat” session.

I am trying to use “Browser Extensions” to enable Norton Safe Search in my Firefox browser. I do this, but a few seconds later it always reverts to using Google search.

I am told online that my account is missing a valid phobe number. When I attempt to add it I get a message saying that it has not been received.

Can I use the Norton 360 Secure VPN in St. Vincent and the Grenadines where I reside?

I get the same results.

This is the string of messages I get when trying to :chat" to a real person":

— I need to authenticate you using a verification code.

— Unfortunately, I am unable to send a verification code at this time.

— I apologize for being unable to assist you further. Please click on the link below to chat or speak with one of our agents.

— Contact us

“Contact us” takes me back to the beginning of the response I get when I am trying to contact “chat”.
