Various suggestions

1) You really shouldn't have to log in to your account when you click on the '?' in the software itself to find out what an option is. Why is this even necessary? Explaining the options of your software honestly should be accessible to anyone so that people considering your software have a better understanding of what features it offers, etc., and it's just an annoying step for people who currently own your software and want to find out more before turning an option on, etc.

2) Your software has more pop-up adds for your other services than even a lot of freeware that I've tried over the decades. That just tells me that while you advertise or suggest that something is complete protection (aka 360) it actually isn't once you own it (it's more like 90 or maybe 120 based on the number of extra services that your ads constantly suggest I need for complete protection). Either rename your product, include more of these additional services in said complete packages, and/or cut down the number of ads. You're not bloatware and are one of the more expensive av/firewall software packages, so stop acting like you are... please.

I'm sure I have more, but those are the two I have in my head at the moment while trying to look into if your software is closing a valid program when I attempt to start it.
