Original IDSafe vault was local on Windows but then converted to cloud when I acquired an android tablet as well. Unable to open vault on Windows platform due to error "The waiting time for the operation timed out. Check the network connection and try again ". Set 'network cost awareness' off as per previous occurences of this problem and now seems OK.
My questions:
This was reported atleast a year ago, is there no intention to provide a permanent fix to prevent re-occurence?
Are we not supposed to open vault from to different platforms at the same time? If so should an error message not be generated?
What is the root cause of this problem?
