Norton is not User Friendly at all!!
I had difficulties using the Vault as randomly didn't open at times. Rebooting my PC helped at times but it almost felt like a random event and trial and error. So I just installed and migrated to cloud based Vault, as your comments suggested this is better. I think I have gone through all the steps. Now when I try to open the vault in my MS/Windows on my laptop, the info appears for a fraction of a second and then vanishes without any helpful info or error message. I see that there are several others who have reported the same. This is very frustrating and wasting my time.
Norton is not intuitive and instructions are cryptic and not useful while other products have moved on with seamless and intuitive features. It feels like I am back in the 80's of my early programming days!!!!
