Why is my vault password seem to be different across my platforms? I have a desktop with a vault password, and a laptop with a different vault password, and an iPhone with yet another vault password.
Resetting it on one platform apparently doesn’t cross over to the other units.
In addition, the recovery key doesn’t work from one unit to the other.
WHY . . . WHY . . . WHY!!!
If you are using Norton Password Manager, NPM, that is attached to your Norton Account, there should only be one vault password, regardless of what device you use to access it.
When you access your vault on the different devices, are the contents of the vault the same? If not, had you created different NPM vaults using different email address to create a different Norton Account that might have been used by another family member?

Also make sure you are signed into ALL your devices via the PWM app, and synch. Please check the setting shown in the below screenshot.
