The vault password that works on my desktop doesn’t work on my Android.
Hello Robert. What is your Android version on the phone? Currently my Android vault prompts me for my fingerprint to validate, I am on Android 16 UI 8.0 . Do you have the app installed from Google Play Store?

Android 16 UI8.0. I am not prompted to use biometrics. I use biometrics on most apps on my phone, but it isn’t set up on Password Manager. I have to get in to Password Manager to set it up. I don’t remember if I installed it from the play store.

That is the only way to get the Norton Password Manager app for an Android device.
When first logging in be sure you are first entering your Norton Account email address and Norton Account password. Then you will be prompted for your vault password. Once you get into the vault you can set up the biometric access to the vault.
