I am using a samsung note 10.1 using android version 3.4.0.617.
I had been using identity safe for some months without grief but as of last night i had been logged out of the vault and havent been able to get back in. The password hint i had left didnt really help.
I have the app set up stand alone with no syn to pc or current access to a pc..
I have contacted norton support without much success and was transferred to another department where i kept going backwards in the queue.
I did find out that my vault has probably been deleted and that i need create a new one but i can see no way to create a new vault using the app on this device.
Tried following the support on the norton website and when it said options would come to ask me to delete my vault nothing cames up. I can see mo way to create a new vault.
Desperate for some advice.. its bad enough loosing all the old log ins and passwords but seem now stranded and unable to start again.
