Vault Password Required

Issue abstract:
I am using Norton 360. For some of my passwords I have the Vault Password Required button unchecked. Therefore I am not expecting to enter the vault password when using a website. However, I always have to enter it. Why is this?

What browser are you using?

The Vault will get closed if you close your browser and after some time lapse that I do not remember now. The setting for requiring the Vault password does not override the vault getting closed between browser sessions. So you would be asked for the vault password the first time you try to use Norton Password Manager after starting your browser.

Apologies for my late reply. This is on both Chrome and Edge. The vault is open at the time so I shouldn’t be asked to put in my password
