Did the upgrade? and now the passwords that were stored in Identity Safe are so safe they wont even come out. Looked on the messageboard and there seems to be comments about them being lost (maybe mine are) but when i look in the Vault Open / all logins - there are a whole raft of files and links. When i go to a site though, it does not happen automatically or even on clicking in the folder.
All other aspects up to date and pc has been re-booted. if necessary, would a system restore recover things as I have no idea what half the passwords are to things these days and i seem to have to have quite a few. many thanks in advance.
