I have the stand alone Norton IDSafe app installed on my iPad. It is set up with a PIN and the PIN works.
Recently, I discovered that I add IDSafe to Safari. It is set up and I can access the vault using my password, but not my pin. I read that a separate pin is required for each device, but here it is the same device.
How can I access/set up/change the Safari version so that the pin will work?
If I can get the IDSafe PIN to work from inside Safari, I plan to delete the stand alone IDSafe app
