Vault sign in server errors

Last week I started having trouble signing into my vault, kept getting server errors telling me they couldn't complete and that they were working on it. I have never had this problem before and I've used Norton product exclusively for the past 7-10 years.

I sent a message to customer support through facebook and got a response back with a few solutions, one of which was to completely remove and reinstall, which I did. It did not help at all. I can sign into my account online, but cannot sign into the online vault, get the same error as when I try to log in from my desktop or my toolbar.

I am running windows 8 point whatever and updated everything tonight, hoping it would help, but again, no luck. I have Norton installed on my other computer which runs Windows 7 and as of right now, I am having no trouble with it.

Has anyone done anything that has helped? I even downloaded another type of password keeper, but it slows down IE so much, I will have to remove it. I'm getting tired of dealing with this, especially since I know it is on their end, not mine.
