Vault will not open

Several days ago my Norton Vault produced the following message: "Your Norton Account is temporarily locked due to too many failed log-in attempts.  Verify that your password is correct and try again later."  I don't know WHY there were failed log-in attempts - I was on vacation & not using the computer much.  I've also verified my password & have tried multiple attempts now for days - all resulting in the same message.  Anyone have this problem or thoughts as to what I could do to get my vault operating again?  Tom Hansen
